Weekly Update!

This week was a great week for me!! I met some goals personally and in my business. You can't beat that!! I was finally able to push myself again in Insanity Max 30.  I completed week 6 this week and only have 2 more weeks left!! My plan is to do the ALL NEW 21 Day Fix Extreme after Max 30! Monday started off with my FREE Clean Eating Group. We ended up having 30 participants!! Of those that I have received there results, 6 people have lost a total of 34.5lbs!! That is an average of 5.75lbs a person in 5 days!! I will say that I had 2 ladies lost 10lbs each this week. I LOVE helping people for free!! This is a snap shot of one of my nights this week. I was jammin' in my office with the pups and Meghan Trainor! I LOVE this job!! I know, I know... I have SLACKED on my postings! I really don't have a good excuse but please understand that I have NOT slacked on my eating and workouts :) I have been kinda busy really with an Aunt in for Christmas from out of town, to the holidays, to trips, and finally a HORRIBLE cold this week! I actually did not workout this week due to my sickness. I did finish Insanity Max 30 Month 1 last week though. Those abs are popping through! I have revamped my nutrition plan for next week and hope to see HUGE results in month 2 of Insanity Max 30 :) Here is my meal plan: oatmeal, eggs, banana Shakeo Amys Burrito with salsa & plain yog.
