Oh my this was a tasty dish this week for us! I paired it with Roasted Zucchini and Sweet Potatoes!

Ingredients:
- 1.5lbs of skinless, boneless, organic chicken thighs
- 2 cups Organic Salsa...we use Simple Truth brand
- sea salt, garlic powder, and cumin to taste
Directions:
- Season the chicken with spices
- Put the chicken in the crockpot
- Pour the salsa over top of the chicken
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Shred chicken with a fork
This dish also freezes very well! Enjoy!
