I get asked frequently how I find the time to eat clean and workout. I always say that I MAKE the time.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day and we are all busy these days right??
I also think that if I can do it, anyone can. You just have to decide to do it now matter what, make it a priority!

I workout 1st thing in the morning.
I cook on the weekends for the week.
I got my husband on board.
I set goals and give myself rewards.
I don't watch as much television as I used to.
You can do this too!! No excuses right??
