It's Summer and a time for cookouts! What do you do when you get invited to a cookout?? Do you cheat and eat enormous amounts of food? Do you deprive yourself of any food? What's the best thing to do?? I typically let it be my cheat, but this weekend I decided I wanted to make a clean dish to bring so that I could still stay within my nutrition and fitness goals! I found this great recipe on a friends website and decided to try it out. It was delicious and when it was time to go home, there was not much of it less...people actually liked it!!
