Kabobs
Ingredients:
Skinless Chicken Breasts1.5lbs
2 Bell Peppers (I used yellow)
1 Red Onion

Directions:
- Cut chicken, bell peppers, and red onions into 1" x 1" chunks.
- Season with balsalmic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and chipotle chili pepper spice (I used my own judgement as far as how much)
- I alternated red onion, chicken, bell pepper to make 5 kabobs
- We grilled them on a all wood charcoal grill

2 apples (your choice on brand, we used Pink Lady)
Your favorite nut butter (we used sunflower seed butter)
Coconut
Chocolate Chips (we use Enjoy Lifes nut, soy, and dairy free chips)
Nuts (we did not use these)
