I woke up this morning wanting something different for breakfast than my usual steel cut oatmeal, 1/2 banana, and eggs. Apparently so did my hubby! We didn't have much to go with so we had to be creative!!
I decided some banana pancakes were in order!
Simple Banana Pancakes - Gluten and Dairy Free!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 small bananas
1/4 tsp baking powder (optional, but recommended for fluffiness!)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix it up!
2. Cook in a pan on the stove on medium heat.
ENJOY!! :)
PS: The other item is organic frozen potato wedges with sauteed onions and salsa!
