It was a crazy week last week. I kind of picked workouts as I went and skipped a couple of days so I could catch up on sleep :)
Here is my meal plan for the upcoming week! I am unsure about my workout schedule right now. With the 3 Day Refresh that I am doing Monday thru Wednesday, I can only do light workouts.
