Who doesn't LOVE a quick, easy meal?? Hello! This girl is short on time and hates to cook!
I decided one of the easiest meals for my lunches are wraps! I always use Ezekiel Wraps. They are super clean, packed with protein (so you stay full longer), and they are whole grain! LOVE them :)
Anyway, here's the recipe!!
Clean Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/2 English cucumber, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
Ground Pepper to taste
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp oregano
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. I put mine in an ezekiel wrap with spinach!
