My Next Workout!

So this week I finished T25 Pure Strength Hybrid! I loved my reunion with T25, but I am so ready to start my new program. This year I have completed P90X3 and the 21 Day Fix. I saw awesome results from both and they are some of my FAV workouts ever!!

I am still looking for more muscle definition and I saw the most definition in my body after the 21 Day Fix. I still follow the 21 Day Fix meal plan with a few personal tweeks ;) So I have designed my own Hybrid between P90X3 and the 21 Day Fix! I cannot wait to see my results from this hybrid! I will be doing this until PiYo comes out in June/July!

P90X3 and the 21 Day Fix workouts are an all around set of workout programs. They include yoga, cardio, weights, pilates, etc. This is great for me because I get more enjoyment, variety, and RESULTS!!

So here are my results from the 21 Day Fix!! I lost 5.4 lbs and 6" from this in 21 days!! This program's nutrition plan CHANGED my life for ever! I discovered that I ate too many carbs and not enough veggies! This program really helps you to eat a balanced, portion controlled diet! It's simplified so that anyone can do it! The workouts are very effective too! There is a modifier and even older adults can do and succeed! :)

Here  are my results after just 30 days of P90X3! I can really tell a difference in my abs and arms!

P90X3 includes 30 minute workouts! Everyone is soo busy nowadays, so these workouts can fit into anyone's schedule! Studies are now showing that you can get just as much if not MORE results from a 25-30 minute workout! SWEET!

The great thing about Beachbody as a company is that they do NOT alter before or after pictures!! Check out the results from the test group! Yes that's right Beachbody even holds a test group to make sure they are putting a product out there that is effective!

Oh and just a last little bit of information, the 21 Day Fix is very reasonably priced and P90X3 is ON SALE this month only!! If you would like to order either and get to be in my FREE Accountability and Support Group, leave your email below or email me at ddtwaring@aol.com. It's been a while...

Hello there! It's been a while huh? Um I think about 3 years!! A lot has happened in those 3 years...3 places of work, pregnancy, and mom life! So what's new?? I worked at a small outpatient clinic...didn't like it! Went to an awesome hospital in the city...LOVED it!! Then after having my son took a position at a local hospital...only 8 minutes from home vs the hospital in the city which was 55 minutes on a good traffic day! I found out I was prego a few days before Christmas 2016...yes it was planned. For YEARS, we said NO kids ever! My father died in 2015 and my whole thought process on kiddos changed! Landon David arrived 8/14/17 via planned c section...he was breech! I stressed myself out incredibly too much about sleep, breastfeeding, being perfect, etc AND I suffered from Postpartum Depression and Anxiety! One thing I have learned about Motherhood is that you can plan, but you have to expect the unexpected!! Once I accepted this, my anxiety died down A LOT...
