Clean Banana Flax Muffins

- 2.5 cups gluten free, quick cook oats
- 6 oz plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line muffin pan with liners
- Place oats in blender or food processor and blend until like a flour consistency
- Add oat flour to a large mixing bowl
- Place bananas in blender and blend
- Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and stir well until blended
- Pour batter in muffin pan
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
