So I usually get my weekly schedule up earlier for y'all but I am slacking this week :) I am going to blame it on family being in town and the approaching holidays!

I started Insanity Max 30 today and I LOVED it. I haven't been pushing myself in my workouts lately and I know this is the kick in my tail I NEED!

Tuesday - Tabata Power
Wednesday - Sweat Intervals
Thursday - Tabata Power
Friday - Friday Fight Round 1
Saturday - Pulse (optional) and Ab Attack
Sunday - REST
Here is my weekly meal plan for Monday thru Thursday:
Breakfast - overnight oats and 1 hard boiled egg
Snack - carrots and hummus
Lunch - chicken, broccoli, sweet potato
Snack - Shakeology
Dinner - Paleo Meatloff and broccoli
