Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
- Whisk ingredients together in a bowl until batter is smooth.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Drop batter by large spoonfuls in skillet.
- Flip when edges appear dry. Each side should take 3-5 minutes to cook.
