I ate and worked out like a Competitor the last 21 Days. It was tough. It was exhilarating. It was LIFE CHANGING!!
Honestly, I don't know what it's like to be overweight. But I do know what it feels like to be stuck, hopeless, unhappy, and lost. I was there...21 days ago. I was eating clean, but not in the right portions. I was burned out on my workouts. I did them but I didn't enjoy them. With this program, I found my HIGH from working out and it changed the way I look at my food! I LOVE carbs, chocolate, and my cheat meals. I will still have them from time to time, but my goals and my motivation mean more to me right now!
7.4lbs and 8.25" GONE! I just followed a simple (not easy) meal plan and worked out 30 minutes a day!
Thank you to my #1 Supporter, my hubby and my awesome accountability group! I couldn't have done this without them!!!

- Round 2 BEGINS Monday!
- Goals: 6 pack abs, toned arms and legs, and less cellulite on those legs!
- Helping more Ladies feel this EMPOWERED in my Bikini Body Project!

ReplyDeleteOh thanks Jessica!! You are too sweet :) I was NEVER hungry!! I really kept it extremely simple so not really any recipes. I did use the oatmeal recipe on my Extreme Days though :)
